Sandra Gamble is an Author, Certified Life Coach, and self-proclaimed Hope Dealer who was a victim of child abuse and neglect at the hands of her father who had a mental illness. She went on to obtain a master's degree in counseling and now works as a Mental Health Counselor, Life Coach, and has written three books. Sandra took care of her father who couldn't take care of her. But what sets her apart is her unwavering mission to destigmatize mental illness and normalize it, just like any other disease. She knows firsthand the challenges and the stigma that individuals facing mental health issues endure, and she's on a crusade to change that.
